Our company was established in 2019, based on an over 30 years long childhood friendship and named as Pilis-Stone Kft. Our main profiles are manufacturing production and/or refurbishment of gravestones from the start of planning via shipping to the complete design of finished product(s). Along with our main profiles we also able to deal with gravestone removal-replacements including ground works and storage requests (usually max 1 year).

In the majority of the cases our customers are under huge pressure due to the loss of their loved ones, therefore our company aiming to reduce their pressures and stress by providing such excellent service that makes the whole gravestones process easier by covering all duties and administration.

In the process of making quality gravestones – including selection and source check – we use class 1 category granite stones on the wide range of colour compositions. The true beauty of these stones reveals after application of high-grade polishing process. Due to the natural hardness of granite it features to be weather resistant, strong and future proof amongst other stones. It is important to highlight that the finished products are 5cm thick tomb stones oppose other companies using only 2cm thick products glued on carrier base. Our process allows us to avoid any cracks or brakes appearing on the stones or even the complete wreckage of base plates over the passing years. The monumental name plate 8cm thick. During our processes we pay attention to use quality materials and avoid any porous or low-quality products. Apart from our pallet of choices we also willing to sources special stones and flexible to deal with any unique requests as well.

The planning of any unique granite stones based on the customer`s ideas takes place in Hungary while the stone extractions and production is based in India where typically takes about 3-4 month to finish them. Our warehouse usually stores approx. 100-120 pre-produced and finished models that customers can chose from and ready for same day collection. Currently we have business coverage for the whole country (Hungary) however we take orders from abroad as well. Our finished products have 5years guarantee as standard.

Our business`s main pylon is Mr Balog Norbert (stonemason) – also the main salesperson – and he is in the business since 1992. He is a respected person in his field of profession, he has wide range of knowledge of different materials, flexible and due to his holistic and natural way of approach he can provide a professional guidance to those are unsure or has doubts how to reach their desired goals. Due to the love towards his profession, his commitment and sympathy helps the communication between the customers on daily basis.

Norbert`s work is supported by professional engravers with many years of experience.
